3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete financial information for the purpose of budget coaching.

3.2 Clients must actively participate in the coaching process, follow recommendations, and make efforts to achieve financial goals.

4. Payment and Fees

4.1 Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for the budget coaching services.

4.2 Payment details, including rates and billing cycles, will be outlined in a separate agreement.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 Randi DeGraw will maintain the confidentiality of all client information shared during the coaching sessions.

5.2 Clients agree not to disclose confidential information about the budget coaching process without explicit consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

6.1 Randi DeGraw does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, and results may vary based on individual circumstances and actions taken by clients.

7. Termination

7.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

7.2 Termination will not relieve the client of the obligation to pay for services provided before the termination date.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All materials provided during the coaching sessions are the intellectual property of Randi DeGraw and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

9.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of New Jersey, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1 Randi DeGraw reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
